Default Spark plug for Turbo-Engined Suzuki F6A Van/Truck

I would like to ask owners of turbo-engined Suzuki F6A Van/Truck if they strictly follow the spark plug specs as in the service manual we got from this forum. The manual indicates NGK BPR5E or DENSO W16EXR-U. So far, I have not find a store selling said spark plug no. in Maasin City as well as in Tacloban City. Are these sparkplugs available in your areas? If not, what did you use? Thank you in advance...
