Default ST90 van front brake upgrade

Picked myself up a ST90 van and I'm putting a rotary engine into it and wanting to upgrade the front brakes
Has anyone done this or is there a common conversion that people do on these models etc?

Any help would be great

Thanks

I would like to be able to use the brakes off a 1986 model carry as they are a disc set up and still ble to fit a 12" wheel over them

Hi Slimer, I purchased 'disc' brakes for my 1985 van from a guy who made them up by cutting them from the drums which the vehicle came with, and merging those with the discs of a 1200 Datsun, furthermore he then used golf 1 calipers to complete the conversion, I have been using it for 2 years now and besides doing a service kit recon on them shortly I have had no issues..

I can send some pictures if you want, I would need to take the mags off first however...
