Default Philippine Biofuels Act

Under this law, all gasoline will be mixed with 10% ethanol. Gasoline with ethanol is reportedly bad for carbureted engines and most especially F5 and F6 engines which are not designed to run on ethanol-gasoline mix.

How will we cope with this?

no. we can still use leaded gasolines without the biofuels. this is applicable only to NEW vehicles who are capable of handling E10 fuel...second, i doubt it if will be fully implemented because people will rally against it like we carry/every owners are.

jsix, i think the F6A is not designed to run on leaded gas

in another forum, it was suggested to replace all fuel lines and recalibrate the carb for our ride to run on E10
