Default Spark plugs for K6A

It has been a chore trying to find which plugs with work with the K6A:

Denso IXU22C

NGK DCPR7EIX

Is there any significant difference in these two, and I thought Iridium plugs were for performance engines?

A neighbor has the K6A manual... this is what it says

However my F6A says this:

Only a few letters extra on your items... perhaps that makes the difference.

I learned that those extra letters make reference to the Iridium plugs. No need to pay triple the price for plugs on an engine that will only make about 45hp on a good day.
