Default Suzuki Alto

I'm very disappointed with my Suzuki Alto and with Suzuki customer care and Suzuki Service. The brakes weren't bled correctly at the 30,000 km service so there were air bubbles in the brake fluid and I had an accident. No liability admitted but the brakes were re bled and re filled for no charge by another Suzuki Service Centre. There is damage to the paint work from 'rail dust' which Suzuki warranty doesn't cover. 'Customer Care' aren't interested in looking at the car or recommending a treatment to repair the damage. They just read me my warranty - I can do that myself. My question is 'If rail dust is so damaging to car's paint work why aren't the other cars parked in the same street as me damaged? And what about all of the cars parked under the Flinders Street, Melbourne rail viaduct? and all of the cars in railway station car parks?' CUSTOMER NO CARE. I wish I'd bought another Hundai.
