I was gonna replace my stereo in the alto and wondered how to remove it- I know there is the 2 grey bits of plastic next to the vents which need to be removed first but how do I do this? Are they clipped on? Im worried that I might damage these plastic things, and if so can they be replaced? Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks a lot
Remove the two plastic silver bits next to the vents by using a flat blade inbetween the radio and trim.
It will pratically just fall off so no need to worry about damaging anything.
There will then be 4 screws exposed 2 are for the vents and 2 are the radio.
Can you give some more specific things about this issue, I think about drawing new wires into the doors and some knowledge about the wiresystem. Because I am just begin to change my own radio.
But I am not sure how to do the wireing and to unmount the panels across the car.
New head unit for me !! Ill let you know how it goes
