Default Suzuki alto 2005 Misfire 302 + 304 cylinders

Hi all I'm new to Suzuki forum so any help would be much appreciated in advance.
We've bought my wife a Suzuki alto 1.1 petrol and at first all seemed good then I started getting a misfire from 0-2200 RPM then fine above 2200.
I've changed the spark plugs and coil packs.
Fuel injector 2 as diagnosis said issue.
So changed fuel injector 2.
Fuel rack taken off and all is firing great.
A compression test has also been done on the engine and 170 so all is good there.
Timing belt has also been changed and is spot on timing.
Throttle body cleaned as well.
New fuel cap put on.
Sounds like a beetle 3 cyliner not a 4 cylinder which is what the car is.
Any suggestions PLEASE are welcome.

NEED NEW ECU?????
REMAP ECU?????
SENSOR SOMEWHERE??????

Thanks again Matt
