Default I know, but....NOS

First off, I have already searched through most of the posts about this topic, but haven't found any that could answer my question.
How would an 05 forenza fair with the BMS intake, 2.25 in catback, no additional engine management, pump gas (91), and NOS (50 shot)? Would the engine explode or what?
Thanks
Fici

You would be fine with a 40 to 50 hp shot as long as you dont abuse it. Higher shots can be used with proper fuel and ignition mods and running higher octane fuel. Make sure that you only use it at wide open throttle and only above 3000-3500 rpm and never longer than 15 seconds at a time. Remember No2 is only a temporary boost and you should not run around constantly pushing the button!! Also make sure that the system is properly installed. Cheap installs have been the cause of many a blown engine.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I want a turbo, but there is no way that I would be able to afford all the custom work. Boost is so much fun!

Get one with an open throttle switch, it'll keep you from shooting nos in when it shouldnt.. well worth the extra money..
