Default 2003 Suzuki aerio problems...

I recently traded for a 2003 Suzuki and when I got it the guy said it had some idling problems... Its waaayyy more than that. I'll make a list of what I know so so far..
1) it'll idiling for a bit then it will die. It won't stay running for more than 10 minutes.
2) when I'm driving the car with just die.. The rpms stop. I put it in neutral and start it back up.
3) three days ago it wouldn't start up. It would turn over and not start up.. I left it sit three days bam it starts back up.
4) I've scanned it and here are the codes that popped up.. P1730, P1700 there are two other one but I didn't have a chance to write them down.
My step father thinks it might be the ecu.. Please help!!
