Default 1988 Suzuki GSX600F wiring question.

1st post here, but I've owned a few newer models motorcycles, but this is my first rebuild. Now, I bought this motorcycle when the original owner got tired of trying to improve the old girl. Now, what he has going was everything was torn apart, he had the engine in pieces and wiring everywhere. I have 98% put back together, but a few wires are confusing me. There are three, the 1st is, I want to call that its a speed sensor. The second one is a pair of wires and I'm not at all for sure what he did, but it looked like they were the ones going to the handlebar brake control and now he has the wires tapped into other ones. The third one is, I have no idea, but it just goes through a wire protector by itself and goes to a plug. I have four pictures attached, the first two are the I'm assuming brake control wires, the thrid is the sensor, and the last is the wires in the sleeve. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and help get this old girl up and running again.
