Samurai - Dormant for 10yrs

Hello, I just got a bone stock 88.5? Samurai JX. It was sitting for 10 yrs when I bought it. Label on dash says 12/87 but it has square dash vents so I guess its an "88.5". Anyhow, just did: plugs (NGK Iridium), wires, cap, rotor, oil, thermostat, air filter, fuel filter, muffler, clutch kit, all myself and she seems to be much happier now. Also had to make homemade over-sized shifter bolt. Has a high idle but runs strong now. Are there any other important tuneup things that I am missing? Anything I should watch out for? What might be messing with the idle? Want to get her good and reliable before I start modifying. This is my first sami so I have no experience with them. Any advice or opinions will be much appreciated! Thanks.
