WHile I like the car, more details needed. Of course, in the USA, engine is J20A, not an issue....(mileage???)
My son is also looking for one, but I have advised him or known issues with early..and not so early..SX4's: slave clutch cylinder (for manual models), alternator, rear drive shaft (CV joints) and rear differential gaskets(for AWD, of course) ....all of these largely covered in this an d other SX4 forums.
So, be inquisitive and a 12YO car should be in the low thousands...

should I buy?

Have a chance to get a low mileage reasonable cost early SX4. and I'm interested, but worried about reliability (I know the rep, but it's still 12 years old!) and especially parts availability. Not consumables of course, but more esoteric things with no more American Suzuki or usual sources for production cars. Input ??1
