No Power - Need Help!

I returned to the airport this morning after a week long business trip to find that my battery was dead. Nothing was left on in the vehicle, from visual inspection the positive post on the battery was covered in corrosion. After jump starting with a battery pack the car would start, however none of the electric components would turn on. Ever time we would turn the battery pack off the car would stall. Needless to say I changed out the battery and was able to drive home, however still nothing will turn on. I looked through the fuses and they all seem to be fine. I was looking to see if anyone knows if there is a master fuse that would control all power, radio, door locks, all gauges, ETC.

Please Help!!
