2007 Forenza - Indicator Lights On

I'm new to this I am not sure if you covered this already. But I just bought a 2007 Forenza last week. I bought it as husband thinks maybe some fuses need to be changed but he hasn't checked yet but I think it could be something more serious. The following lights stay on:
  1. Speed Indicator
  2. Tire Pressure
  3. Air Bag

My husband put air in the tires and the tire light still remained on. The speed indicator light doesn't always come on but when it does it stays on. And the air bag light stays on all the time.

Do you think the fuses are bad? Can I take it to any mechanic to check it out or do I have to take it to the dealer? I'm afraid to take it to the dealership because I know they aren't always honest with customers and overcharge for services.

Other than those lights coming on, the car seems to be very smooth and everything works.

What should I do?
