Smile Cobra Transmission Parts (Florida)

Below is the review I posted on Yelp regarding these folks. Most surprised and impressed. Their number is 800-293-1848.

In seeking transmission parts for my Suzuki Vitara 5spd 2WD transmission, I talked with a bunch of nincompoops who wasted my time. THEN I CAME ACROSS THESE GUYS!
Damn! what a breath of fresh air. The young Lady I spoke to first was competent and helpful and when I had a weird and unusual technical request she transferred me to Omar. He emailed me the entire specifications of the bearing kit I was inquiring about. This enabled me to establish that it was exactly what was needed. Purchased the entire kit with freight for only $2 more than the local NAPA store was quoting for one bearing only.
Guess who I am calling next time I need transmission parts.

NO, not a friend or family. Just a "Satisfied Customer"

I used them as well, They were fantastic! I had a return on a part that I ordered incorrectly and it was no problem at all. All the guys were great!

The only issue I had was the central bearing on the Suzuki is a roller bearing and the kit came with all ball bearings. I went to a local bearing company and got an exact replacement for that one bearing. I doubt Cobra had that infomation so I don't fault them on that.

I'm also a satisfied customer.
