What is everyone using to track the service work done on your cars. I want a product that is not an app.

I write in a book I keep in the glovebox. No electricity needed no fuss no muss.

I also just store every car-related paper in the glovebox in the leather folder the manual came in. If a car does not come with a leather folder I get a generic one from the book store so as to make a nice small bundle.

Also in this day and age with smartphones I have the Dropbox app on my phone set to upload all photos I take. My workflow is always take a picture (takes only a second or so) of important documents/receipts and thus have a copy for later reference over the web or wherever, and sparing me from physically searching for the paper I want. Makes it easy when I am at work and forgot what my last electrical or gasoline-bill was

I use Oil Change Brain, it will track all info. It is not an app, you can find it online.
