Unhappy Kangarooing/misfiring/juddering help needed!

My 2002 Suzuki Wagon R+, its a 1.3 manual, has a kangerooing/juddering/misfiring problem that im not having any luck getting fixed by either my local garage or local main Suzuki agent, ugh.
The problem:- When the engine is hot, and ONLY when hot, say 7/8 miles or 15 minutes, the car will kangeroo/misfire very badly in the lower gears, 1,2&3, but ONLY on load/accelerating. It is fine when cold and when warming up. It is is also ok in 4th or 5th gear when hot and travelling at 70mph or whatever, no problem there at all. So far its had a new set of plugs, a new cambelt senser and a new camshaft senser. Now my Suzuki dealer wants to install a new catalytic convertor at a price of 800+, and even then there is no gaurantee this will fix the problem. Any ideas ? Help !
