Default Cracked bumper

My wifes car suffered damage to her front bumper(Plastic) from some debris from a passing lorry. It has left some cracking and what only I can describe as a 3 corner tear which can be put back into place. What is the best way to repair this.

best way is to get it welded. dont worry. it wont let any dents or scrathes be there. they file it to finish and then some paint. its a cheaper way also
