Talking Unbelievable DEALER CRASH

So i am about to get my new 08 swift right, from the Dandenong Suzuki Dealer in Australia. We go down there, sign a few forms, they do the normal talking about everything - keep in mind we have waited 2 weeks for this car to come in! (with a 1750 deposit)

So they have the car ready around the back, just finalizing everything and we ask to see the car before we buy it, because we arent going to buy a car we havnt seen. So they are like "ok we are bringing it around now" so 10mins later, the salesman walks us around showing us pointless bull**** to burn time and we see the other salesmen walking around frantically when he comes up to us 45mins later and says "Umm i dont want to lie to you but there has been a bit of an accident" and here is when it gets incredible. He says to us "the car has been in a bit of an accident. One of the mechanics accidently crashed it bringing it out to you" and we are like "this is bull***" and all that. So after an hour of waiting and signing forms, we get the news of, our brand new car (which we havnt handed the cheque yet, thankfully) has been in a crash at the dealer!!

anyway a day later they rang us back with whats going to happen, we have to wait another week for a new car to come in and they will give us the first service completely free. Oh and the tell us what damage had been done, they said the mechanic left the manual in reverse and tried to start it and it flew back into another car!

This is all while they were trying to cover it up in the showroom while we were waiting!!!! ITs unbelievable the trust and respect you get from the dealers, they lie to you... first they rush the payment ect. then once they know they have made a sale they are as slow as dog sh**. And why would you say "im not going to lie to you" ??????!?!?!?! he was pretty much saying he was going to!

anyway thats dealers for you, so i have to wait another week before i get my second NEW CAR lol hopefully this one goes to plan.THANK YOU SUZUKI

They lied, starters don't work at all with the clutch engaged. A safety feature installed yrs ago in cars to prevent idiots like that guy from doing that.

The clutch switch isn't fitted for all markets.

I think most cars that come out in 08 should have them as a saftey feature, maybe not in countries like Brazil but they should their!
