Default 94' sidekick won't start

I have replaced battery,battery cables,spark plugs plug wires cap and rotor and it still wont start it turns over what is the problem?

help please.

Based on what do you "not think so"?
An engine's basic needs are fuel, compression and a spark.
If it's turning over and there is a spark then I'd check the fuel supply next. (Fuel pump, injectors / carburetor, fuel line)
If fuel is getting in and there is a spark then it should fire.
