The AVX-720 is a great headunit. I have the same one, but fully loaded, in my Forenza and I love it. Great sound, easy ta hook-up, high quality resolution, and it's a great eye catcher for your passengers...

Smile amp with stock radio??

Hi everyone! I am a new Suzuki owner and need some info.

I have a 2007 Forenza and was wondering if the OMG stock radio has RCA out puts on the back so I can hook up a AMP??? or is there another way to do this?

I also noticed that I have 2 speakers in each of the 4 doors. but none in the truck just behind the back seat where all of my other cars had them. I just cant seem to get the Big Full loud sound out of the speakers I have, no thump. if I can hook an amp up to my stock radio and put two 10's or 12's in the truck would that make much of a diffrents? or would the sound just get trapped in the trunk for there is no cut outs for the sound to get out of the trunk.

Thank You

Default Amp Install

You can buy an amp with line inputs and tap off your factory speaker wires and run your amp from that. The factory deck does not have RCA outputs. Also the sound would not get trapped in the trunk, though it does get muffled, but I have 2-12's and it sounds good. I am currently building custom fiberglass boxes to go in the wheel wells to get my trunk space back from the big bulky subwoofer box.

Hey guys, I recently bought and installed an Alpine iXAW404 head unit. It works, and sounds pretty good for the most part. The problem is that this head unit requires a connection to the parking brake, reverse, and foot brake because of the sequence used to activate video playback. I've been digging most of the morning for a solution but haven't found much so I'm wondering if anyone has a suggestion on where to tap into these easily. Thanks in advance.
