Default a site to replace a dying chirp?

its not bad wiring, its not bad battery in the key.. the chirp in my car sounds like a dog weeping its last breath.. gotta get a new one but cant find one anywhere..

guess the volumes 'rattling it till it dies'

Pull the panel underneath the steering down and its on the right sight set back a little should see it

Default instructions on chime

Removal
1)Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2)Remove the knee bolster trim panel beneath the steering column.
3)Disconnect the electrical connector.
4)Remove the screws and the chime module.
Install
1)Install the chime module with the screws.
Tighten:
Tighten the chime module screws to 4 Nm (35 lb-in).
2)Connect the electrical connector.
3)Install the knee bolster trim panel beneath the steering column.
4)Connect the negative battery cable
