Default 2006 Suzuki Forenza with a sound system.

I need help.
When I first installed my system my head lights would dim (badly)
I had upgraded the battery to an AGM (Exide)
That helped but didn't fix the problem.
I am going to be upgrading all my grounds (batttery, engine and alternator)
However I'm not sure if my amp ground was really sufficient enough to begin with.
Where, if/any are the best areas to ground an amp in the trunk of an 06 Forenza?
Also, I'm considering upgrading my alternator to a high output alt. What's the best place to find an affordable alt with a decent output?
It doesn't need to be a crazy amount of amps just better than stock.
My system is two 12" Kenwoods that are no more than 500 rms max.

An uprated alternator will help, but I don't know if a capacitor may help with this issue. Little explanation if your not familiar Car Audio Power Capacitors .
I would think any point for earth would be fine as long as its a good clean connection.

Well I'm going to upgrade my three grounds first and I found a spot and sanded it down, hopefully it's a good spot for my amp ground. After all that I'm going to upgrade my alt. There's no reason those shouldn't be efficient enough BUT if they are not, I will be installing a agm battery in the trunk.
