When do you want them to be on?

The most logical way to hook them up would be with a manual switch mounted somewhere. You could also hook them up to the ignition power if you want them on when the car is on. I have also heard of people running them in parrallel with their speakers so that they dim and flash with the music, but you have to make sure the resistance is ok if you do it this way.

Green... ya gotta figure out how / when you want them on. You can run them on a switch, inline with the brakes... with the lights... with the dome light... figure that out first
