Default Corrosion/Paint Problem Swift 2012 five door

Hi Everyone, my name is Goksel from Istanbul.
I want to share a problem that I ve seen on my 2012 model swift.
I discovered paint failure on my fenders rear door cutline corners

Today I went distribuyor of Suzuki located from Istanbul and I explained the problem, they didnt want to accept this problem, after sale responsible told me it is customer failure (external affects), but ı investigate the other 2012 swifts they have
same problem, I think there is a mistake on production. Please give me some info and check your vehicles. If you have same problem please share the failure photopraps.
I need your help,

Hi,
I have the same problem. My car is 18 months old and those started quite early. Just so you know - it gets worse. This microdamages are also very prone to corrosion so I cover it with original Suzuki paint+enamel kit. The problem appears also on the hood, and I recently discovered some rust in undercarriage which the distributor told me is normal - and it can't be. It's like you tell me that some gangrene is normal for any human being.

If you are unlucky like me you'll scratch your car somewhere and discover also that paint tends to peel of much further than the damage itself. I plan to file an official complaint to distributor and the importer.

If you want, I can post some pictures tomorrow.

I just bought a used 2005 Swift here in Hungary, I asked the seller what these stickers are, he said its for protection, it seems it is really needed...

I dont know if these came with the car from the dealership, or its a personal upgrade, but looks original...

Hi I have just read several postings about rust on Suzuki swifts my 2012 swift has started to corrode on the bonnet and have been told by my dealer that it is stone chips that are not covered under the warranty however there does seem to be a link between white swifts year 2012. I am very disapointed as I have never experienced this with a new car before. I have been told by my dealer to just touch it up which to me means cover up a problem rather than deal with it.

High from Greece.

I resurrect this thread cause I found it just now. I have a Feb 2011 RED Swift that from day one has this specific problem with paint coming off. I keep fixing it this touch up paint kit but new chips of paint come off again.

Have you found any solution from suzuki ?
