Default Sound System Upgrade

I bought a Sport in December and have found that the factory sounds are pretty ordinary.
Trawling for information, I'm still no closer to deciding what to do

Suzuki quoted me $755 for the 4 Speaker and Sub upgrade incl installation (which I think I can still get cheaper), but I can't really find if they improve the quality enough to justify the price.
The benefits I see for doing this is that if something screws up later its all under warranty and also the kit comes with the right brackets etc.

Has anybody got the premium upgrade? If so is it worth it?
If not, can anybody point me in the right place for what to get as replacements?

Thanks!

Anything manufactures will provide to you as a 'premium' upgrade is going to be rubbish to the ears of someone who knows about sound quality.
personally i would spend the cash and buy something worthwhile. i have a 12" ported box MTX sub, and two 5 1/4" boston acoustic components. i disconnected the back speakers becasue i dont sit in the back and i put a good set in the front. its all running off a 4 CH MTX amp ( i wouldnt buy any other brand) and a Alpine H/U.
I work in Audio and i have had customers listen to the setup, and every single one has had a smile on their face within a few seconds, even a bloke who used to work for Pioneer commented on it being fantastic.
Dont buy a lot or pay a lot, buy and pay smartly and do research.

Thanks for the reply. (Took a while) In fact I found the answer elsewhere and yeah I put new Focals F+R in with a 4ch amp and a DVD headunit and yeah it sounds... AWESOME!

haha i only joined yesterday and was trawling through the forums answering some things that had not been answered incase people were still wondering.
Focal are brilliant, a very very good choice, i was tossing up between focal and the bostons, i only purchased the bostons because i found them for sale a little cheaper then the focals.
once you put a good sound system in you never go back, gl with it all.
