Default Transfercase leaking after overhaul

After a overhaul of the transfercase. I filled up both the filling plugs. Both sides.
And i suddenly see that there is coming out oil from this hole. Is this a overfilling valve. Could there be that the middle seals is the problem? So there is coming oil from the other side? Personally i hope there is a overfilling valve and there is just a little to much because i closed filling plug before all the topped up oil was gone. But interested in other causes if it keep running oil from there.

Doesn't look like a leak there, perhaps running down from breather or spilt oil
