I just had a nextbase camera hardwired into my Mazda MX-5 and it seems a simple job for the pros (well Halfords) to do. Just unclipped the windscreen pillar trim and tuck the wire behind the headlining at the top of the screen. Obviously this has to be done on the fuse box side to access an appropriate fuse to piggy back from.
As far as I can tell, the 2019 Model Vitara doesn’t have airbags in the windscreen pillars, so does it just clip off ?
Anyone managed to fit a dashcam ?
all the trim unclips, where to apply pressure, thats the secret.
