I bought a WagonR in October, 2005 at New Delhi, India. The vehicle is running fine. However, when I park the vehicle after driving a few miles,get out of it and touch the door for closing it, I get an electrical shock. I reported the matter to Maruti Authorised Service Centre, where I was told that this is a problem which has been there in some vehicles since years and there is no explanation / solution for this problems. Electricals of the vehicle were also checked there and it was told that there is no problem with the electrical system. I also met one more maruti owner there itself and he also told that his vehicle also has the same problem. Even the manager of that workshop told that he also feels an electrical shock sometimes in his Maruti 800. Thereafter, I wrote many times to Maruti Suzuki in India through their website but there is no response. Has anybody faced this problem and what can be the remedy.
