Default transmission flush

I have a 1999 Suzuki Grand Vitara and I was wondering if it was possible to flush and change the transmission fluid at home. If anyone has any experience with this I would appreciate your input. Thank you.

It's possible to drain the transmission oil pan and fill it back up. This method doesn't flush the transmission though. It also doesn't remove the old oil from the torque converter. However if you do a few drain and fills over the course of a few weeks it accomplishes the same thing. There is a drain plug in the transmission pan - loosen it off and pull it out. Let it drain all out. Refill through the dipstick tube with Dexron3. If you have a 4wd it will take 2.5liters....if you have a 2wd it'll take 2.8liters.

Not a hard procedure at all - actually it is 100x easier then engine oil and filter change to be honest! There is no filter to change by the way.
