Valve Clearance?

I recently bought a 2002 Suzuki XL7. The valves need to be set correctly. Does anyone happen to know the valve clearance for this model? Please Help!! Thanks in advance!

Your model engine uses hydraulic lifters. There is no adjustment capability or need. Are you experiencing a problem? Noise maybe? If so, search "timing chain noise".

max is correct. There is not setting.. It sure sounds like you have a bad tensioner. Its a common issue if your do not change the oil regurally. Did you purchase it like this> Oh boy. Its quite a job to change it.. $1200..
