Help!!!!

Hiya every1

I have a suzuki vitara M reg auto.

This morning I went out to start the jeep and notice the alarm was not disarming i thought the battery in the alarm fob was flat coz the doors would not unlock but could only enter the jeep by the key on starting the jeep there was no power at all..

So called a friend with jump leads and as soon as we connected the leads the alarm went off and i could not turn it off with the alarm fob....

So plz tell me wot is going on..

I cant jump start the battery coz the immoblizer and alarm wont turn off

Plz any advise
