Attempted Theft of my vitara

Hey guys!

So i have a 97 Vitara 2.0 TD.
ITs been off the road for sometime... i find tonight somebody has broken into it by basically ramming the lock to pieces with a screwdriver, ripped all the covers off under the steering wheel and tried to hotwire it!

I am considering myself lucky at the moment that at the time there was no battery in it so it wasnt going anywhere!!

But theres all sorts of damage to the ignition barrel now!
I cant do anything till tomorrow, but i am hoping to god that i can get it started and move it off my sisters drive and bring my baby home.

I am so angry! too many scumbags on this earth!
