Default Clinking noise from Wheels

I have a 2004 Epica with 100,000 KM on it. When I drive, there seems to be a clinking noise coming from one of the passenger side wheel area (don't know which wheel). Don't think it has anything to do with the actual wheels, but prob one of the suspension components. The noise is there whenever the wheels move, regardless of bumps, etc, and it is now getting louder.

Anyone have any idea what could be the problem, before I take it to mechanic?
