Default Verona Windshield Wiper Problem
My windshield wipers are stuck in the up position and can only be controlled when I use the winshield wiper fluid. So when I want to use them I have to use them like im useing washer fluid

Sounds like a switch problem in the control stalk.

other possibilities include wiring in the LF fender and wiper motor assembly
