you're either running too rich or lean. first you need to find out which one. when you get the codes scanned, ask for freeze frame data & look at fuel trim, if its positive, you're running lean & ecm is adding fuel. neg is opposite. then you'll look at things like fuel pressure (had the pressure regulator recall done?) vacuum leaks, maf sensor etc etc..
how does it run? a misfire will cause a false lean reading..but that would likely be isolated to one bank.
try to get all the freeze frame data. vss, rpm, maf, pulse width, etc
