I wonder if we can change the little bracket mount inside the custom dash mount in the Suzukis? Seems rather odd that Suzuki would have something like this become obsolete so quickly.
I was disappointed to find out about MSN obsolescence AFTER I purchased an SX-4. I love Suzuki's though.
I did a lot of research to find out what Garmin units came with what year of SX4 models with 760 being the latest for SX-4.
I did discover, however, that Garmin has two recent models that provide the same information using Garmin's NuviLink
service. I believe this is data that is sent via satellite signal to the units.
It would be great if someone, whether Suzuki or aftermarket (even Garmin) would design or have manufactured, adaptors to easily change the Suzuki camel-hump in-dash mount for inevitable upgrades.
