Infant Seats?

I'm due to have our first baby in September, and I'm trying to choose what car seat(s) to buy. I love our SX4, but it doesn't have the biggest back seat. Anyone have experience with rear-facing infant seats in their SX4? Do any fit better than others? At the moment I have a top-of-the-line Graco Snugride in our registry (the Snugride does come in levels), but I'm willing to change it for a more expensive brand like the Britax or the Maxi Cosi if one fits better. I'm not willing to go with a cheaper seat.

well the car does come with the LATCH system for car seats, and after totting around my girlfriends niece a few times, who is now a year and a half, the backseat is more then big enough for a seat. just never put a seat in the front.

I have the Britax Marathon but I leave it in the Wifes Tribeca, I will see how it fits in the sx4.
