Default Swap in a 1.3L in place of a 1.0L

Back story, I bought a 1993 Geo Metro for $300. I've already replaced the first 1.0L for another of the same. It's the black sheep of my car collection. (Supra Turbo 500HP+, Dodge Ram 6.7L, 02 Lancer, 69 Chevy Nova 350 V8... etc.)

I've been trying to find a Solid answer to the question: Can a newer 1.3L motor be swaped into a 1993 Geo Metro? My idea is as follows.

Buy a wrecked (in the rear if possible) Geo with a 1.3L motor.
Use the ECU and wiring harness from the wrecked car in my 1993 Metro.
Questions:
Does the 1.3L motor mount up to the 1.0L tranny?
Does the 1.3L Tranny bolt up to the mounting locations of the 1.0L tranny?
Does the 1.3L motor actually use any of the stock brackets or mounting locations of the 1.0L motor?

On a scale of 1-10, 1 being wapping in the same motor, and 10 being swapping in a 350 V8 and converting it to rear wheel drive, how hard is a 1.0 to a 1.3 swap?

If there is a link you can post that answers these questions that someone has already put out there, that would be awesome.

Try TeamSwift - and it might be an idea to search first, this is a fairly frequently asked question and has been answered many times.

There are many small differences, but if you get the entire donor car or at least the front half, you should have very little difficulty - most of the differences relate to the actual position of the engine - the three banger sits more to the left than the four, so the mounts and the drive shafts are different - I believe you'll also need the entire front spindle & brake set up (because those are different) and the drive shafts won't fit

Thank you very much for taking the time to answer that. I can go ahead and start looking for the Geo with a 1.3L and take on this winter project. I might even throw my CT26 on there. After I replaced it with the other turbo on my Supra, I was just holding on to it just in case. Was either going to put it on my BMW, or ... well this!
