Default CVT Transmission

Hello to all

What year did Suzuki start using a CVT transmission in the Swift & Metro?

Do they have CVT's in any other Suzuki vehicles?

Where are you located Mitch?

As far as I know Suzuki never put a CVT in a Swift (or GM in a Metro) - the CVT's were used in certain models of the Cultus which is the Japanese equivalent of the Swift/Metro but I don't think they were used outside of Japan?

I think you're getting your "rebadges" mixed up.

Again - as far as I know - the North American Subaru Justy was never a "rebadged" Suzuki, although this was done for a short time in the European market.

So if what you are looking at is a CVT in a North American Subaru, then, it's probably not a Suzuki built vehicle.
