1994 Swift Shift Problem

I have a 1994 suzuki swift 1.3L automatic that starts off in 3rd and will not automatically shift. I have changed the oil, the two shift solenoids inside the transmission and have checked and rechecked all the electrical connections coming from and going to the transmission. It is an intermittent problem so it is hard to diagnose and believe it or not the problem seems to happen when hummidity goes up, ie just before it is about to rain. Ive searched and searched and am havng a hard time finding a fix. Any help for a new member would be greatly appreciated.

If you already did what you stated, then the last step would be to replace the automatic transmission module. If it's intermittant and humidity affects it, it sounds electrical.
