oil everywhere

i got a 93 geo metro conv. 3 cil and i cant rev it up to 3000 cuz it starts to bring oil up to the pcv valve and in to the carb. what could it be? the piston ring are good no oil in the cilinders good compresion.... need help....

The PCV could be clogged and maybe even the tube from the PCV to the valve cover/air filter.

When you say "Compression is good" I want to know what the readings were.

Why dont u consult to the local mechanic or dealer. Why to take a chance wih your car. All the best.
