Arrow A/C compressor clutch bearing tool

Hi folks. Another newbie here. I've had my '94 Metro for about a month and I'm loving it! Only a couple of problems I could really use some help on.

I'm trying to replace the A/C compressor clutch bearing. I've looked everywhere trying to find a tool to pull the clutch, but with no success. If anyone can help me find one I'd sure appreciate it.

Also, I've got a healthy oil leak on the right side of the engine. It looks like it's coming from around the timing belt cover. Does that sound about right? Are there any tricks to putting the cover back on without leaks?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Contact your local Matco Tool vendor for AC tools. I chased down the Matco truck when I needed an AC tool for my Chevy APV. He had a computer in the truck & made an essential phone call to confirm the application. Matco has a comprehensive catalog & reputation for finding anything they don't list.

The timing belt cover only protects the timing belt components from dirt & serves as a belt guard. It does not function as an oil seal. There are oil seals behind the cam & crank sprockets. Most likely 1 of these shaft seals is leaking.

I'll track down Matco and get that tool. And, I guess I better come up to speed on this little engine before I start in on it. I'm much more familiar with v8s.

Thanks for the help Old3banger.
