94 Geo Metro 3 Speed Auto Trans Won't Shift

When the humidity and braromerter is high the trans stays in high gear. I have to manualy up shift or down shift untill the car has been driven for a long time and then shut off for a while, then it will shift normaly. I have been told that it is the transaxle control module. The fluid and filter has been changed. Like I said this only happens when it is damp and the humidity and braromerter is high. If any one has had the same problem I would like to know what your fix was.

The shift solenoids are probably the culprit!

My Geo has the same problem, and it also happens with it is humid outside,
I was wondering if you changed the solniod, and if it helped the problem
