Default Headlights will not come on

I have a 1993 Geo. The headlights will not come on. High Beam and Low Beam do not work on either side. It acts like a fuse is blown, but I have not been able to locate a fuse or relay for the headlights. All of the other lights work fine. Any Help??

Thanks,
Ken

The fuses need checked first, but I also hear these cars have a common problem with the wires behind the fusebox melting at a connector. If they are, you will have to splice them direct.

I am having an odd time sometimes... when I use turn signals/random times. My lights just go out and come right back on though. Have not located the problem but its funny.

if your day time running lights work , and your running lights work when you flick the knob once the prblem is down at or around the fuse box, get a budd and start monkeying with the wires to see which one is toast!

Does the '93 Geo have a 'stalk' switch sticking out next to the steering wheel like later Metros? I here these switches are Fast Moving parts.

The older ones have the switches on the dash beside the instrument cluster.
