where to buy isc motor? (not iac valve)

hi all,
i am having trouble with my 94 geo metro, 1.0l manual. it suddenly doesnt want to idle. i am suspecting it is the idle speed control motor, which is a stepper motor attached to the back of the throttle body and has a plunger that moves the throttle itself. not to be confused with the idle air control valve, which from what i read here is what other flavors of metro use. so, where can i buy a new one? and how can i trouble shoot it? thanks!
