The starter will turn fast at first then slow like the battery is dieing but its a 3cylinder, it should have the power to start it. I saw that when I start it the lights are on. The light switch is off I think it's the DRL's but I'm not sure the car comes with the DRL's. The Alternator seams to be charging and the battery is still fairly new.

Did you clean the battery terminals? Take off the connectors and give them a good scrub with sand paper. Same for the inside edges of the connection wires.

You might do a compression test, low compression will make it hard to start. Check plugs after you try to start it and see if they are wet. Good place to start and see what kind of shape engine is in. You should be able to put on your e-brake and the DRL's will be off. C

I'll try the compression test. I did clean the battery and cables with a wire brush. Thanks for the information everyone.

Hi
During the starting process the clutch position switch is between the ignition start and the engine control module crank signal. As well as turning on the starter solenoid. Trace all connections to the engine control module black/yellow stripe wire, from the clutch switch and ecm. Sounds like this tells the ecm to start fuel injection.
