Default How do I remove the ignition switch GEO 1994

A key broke off in my ignition switch. I have everything stripped down. I removed the wiring from the left side of the ignition switch. So now what does it take to get the locking mechanism out. Also how do I remove the lock assembly from the steering console. It lock like it is bolted on by there are no bolt, they look more like rivots or something. Any suggestions on how to remove only the locking mechanism would be of great help. Or how to remove that clamp that holds the ignition switch to the steering column.

Thanks.

If it takes a hammer and a center punch to get it out, then how to you put it back on?

I used a dremel tool with a diamond circular blade and cut slots in the heads to accommodate a straight blade screwdriver using a hex rachet driver. Worked for me!
