Default Idle adjustment on '89 Sidekick

Wrote in with several questions the other night-no replies yet. Didn't realize my questions were THAT tough! Anyway, continuing to do searches and other on-line research to find these answers, but found a new question/issue.
Just tuned up engine (pkugs, wires, cap and rotor), cleaned air filter (after-market K+N), and while we still had the filter off to dry, started it up to see how it responded. Started running at a much higher idle than it had before, and even after warming up for a few minutes (weather was not cold, so it did not take long to be at a comfortable running temp and you could hear it idle down a little to a steady pace), it still was idling much higher. My mechanic and I tinkered around and looked around, but could not find an idle adjustment. Looked in the Haynes manual and still didn't see anything about an idle adjustment. This was a very quick five minutes and time was up look-see, but wondered if we just missed it, or if there is something tricky in finding an idle adjustment on this model. I have not been able to confirm this yet, but think it is a 1.3 with the throttle body style fuel injection.
Thanks for any advice and suggestions!

Throttle body injection. 8v valves, 1.6L (?)
well, here is my idle page.
but first , all vacuum leaks must be fixed or it will all be a waste of time.
800 rpm is normal.
there is an air bleed screw on the front of the TB , covered by a simple rubber plug.

this engine will idle high for any air leaks.

how to set my idle and DC

this is my idle page.
i have a racing page too,
all the zillion things the mess up a good idle.

if the air bleed can not lower the idle, then there IS an air leak.
