Default Anyone into Gear Ratios on Tracker/Kicks

I found an awesome calculator page for working with different speeds, tire sizes, etc. I'll post the link at the end. The reason this interests me, is that I find my tracker has to rev higher than I like to keep up with traffic. It cruises comfortably at 3000-3300, but that only gives me 52-57 mph (83-91km/h).
That's ok if you're out for a leisurely sunday drive with little or no traffic, but how often is that anymore? I find that to keep up with traffic I have to run at about 3800 rpm, and it feels like I am standing on the throttle constantly to keep this up. Another thing that bugs me, the drop from 4th to 5th is only 4-500 rpm. I found a page with tracker gear ratios which stated that 4th was direct at 1:1, and 5th was a .80 overdrive. I think this is a misprint. A .8 overdrive should
drop rpms from 4000 in 4th which gives me exactly 60mph. (I know this because using a stop watch thats 1 mile in 1 minute) down to 3200 in 5th gear. Mine is just below 3500 when you pick up 5th. I'm going to see what I can come up with for a slightly larger tire diameter to improve this situation, without compromising power and start up ability. I've got tons of pickup at 100 km/h now with my little 80 h.p. engine (and since a recent tune up, 29 mpg.) So I am curious to know if anyone else has similar situations to mine, and what if anything they have done or experienced as far as changing tire sizes, vs speed vs power etc. Here is the link for the calculator. Note, the one to find out your tire diameter is at the very bottom of the page.
